It’s official! The Customer Delight Team is starting a blog to share what we’ve learned about turning first-time customers into loyal fans who buy everything you sell and refer you to everyone they know.

We’re bursting at the seams with ideas and ready to gush about customer success, retention rates, customer experience funnels, social proof, testimonials, and ohhhhhh so much more!

But our wise leader suggested we start with a clear strategy to make it user friendly and actually useful… To walk our talk and all.

So, our marketing expert is mapping out that strategy right now and we expect to start publishing by mid-March 2022.
